Our 6-Step Execution Process
Surface Preparation & Grinding
We use industrial grinders to remove old paint, moss, and loose concrete. A clean surface is vital for a strong bond.
Crack Filling & Joint Sealing
Every visible crack is widened and filled with high-strength non-shrink epoxy or PU grout.
Primer Application
A deep-penetrating primer is applied to seal the concrete pores and provide a perfect surface for the membrane.
First Membrane Coat with Mesh
We apply the first thick layer of waterproofing membrane and embed a 45gsm glass fibre mesh into it while wet.
Successive Waterproofing Layers
Two more coats are applied in alternating directions to ensure a uniform, thick, and seamless barrier.
Flood Testing
Once cured, we block the drains and flood the roof with water for 24 hours to prove the sealing is perfect.
