When Surface Coatings Aren't Enough

Sometimes water pressure is too high, or a crack is too deep for surface-applied waterproofing. This is common in dams, heavy foundations, and basements with high hydrostatic pressure. In such cases, the solution must come from *inside* the structure.

Injection Grouting is necessary for:

Our Specialized Resins

PU Foam Injection

A hydrophobic resin that expands up to 20x its volume on contact with water, stopping active leaks instantly.

Epoxy Resin Grouting

High-strength resins that restore the structural integrity of cracked concrete by bonding it together.

Ultra-fine cement slurries for filling microscopic voids in old masonry and concrete.

The Injection Grouting Process

Crack Assessment

We analyze the nature of the crack (moving vs. static) to choose the right resin.

Drilling Injection Ports

Holes are drilled at a 45-degree angle to intersect the crack at its center point.

Packer Installation

Mechanical packers (nozzles) are fixed into the holes to withstand high pressure.

Flushing

The crack is flushed with water or air to remove dust and debris.

High-Pressure Injection

Using a specialized electric pump, resin is injected at pressures up to 3000 PSI until it emerges from adjacent ports.

Packer Removal & Patching

Once cured, packers are removed and holes are plugged with high-strength mortar.
